With a career in public accounting spanning over 35 years, Adrian provides straightforward, practical advice to clients. He is a trusted ear for their business aspirations and needs, whilst maintaining an understanding of their personal and family connections to working life. Away from the office, Adrian focuses on spending time with his family, and when time allows enjoys cycling, an occasional game of golf and snow skiing.

Sherry Teoh, FCPA, is an accountant with over 22 years of experience delivering trusted financial guidance to a diverse range of clients. As a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant, Sherry brings deep technical expertise, sound judgement, and a rigorous, detail-oriented approach to every engagement. Over the course of her career, Sherry has developed extensive experience working with high net worth individuals, partnerships, trusts, companies, and self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs), providing tailored advice that reflects the unique needs and complexities of each client structure. Sherry's technical expertise spans a broad range of specialist services, including due diligence reviews, management accounting, budgeting and cashflow forecasting, Division 7A compliance, and small business CGT concessions. This breadth of experience allows Sherry to support clients through key financial decisions, structuring considerations, and compliance obligations with clarity and confidence. Deborah is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with over 21 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and business advisory services. Holding a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in accounting, she specialises in tax planning, tax compliance and business advice and support. Deborah also provides services to the trustees of Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs) to assist them in the management of their fund’s statutory and taxation obligations. Deborah takes pride in being a dedicated partner to small business owners, streamlining financial processes so they can focus on what they do best.

Karmen is a senior accountant at Coghlans with over 19 years of experience delivering accounting, tax compliance and advisory services to individuals and small businesses. Karmen’s expertise includes financial statement and tax return preparation, BAS reporting, tax planning, bookkeeping and reconciliation. She has worked with clients across a range of industries, helping them navigate changing tax legislation and stay compliant with statutory obligations. Karmen is CPA qualified. Outside of work, Karmen enjoys spending time with family.
